We had a great stay with Sancho, he makes you feel right at home from the start. He provided milk and bread for our stay and we were lucky enough for Sancho to offer us a meal which was a lovely gesture. We loved the outside space he had, especially the chickens. rooms were lovely and comfty and the bathroom was big and spacious. would definitely stay again thanks so much sancho! ☺️

A very good four nights for my partner and me on the Gold Coast. Not always the quickest communication ahead of time, but once we got in and settled he was incredibly attentive to making sure we had everything we needed. And getting to spend a few minutes here and there with his sweet pup was a pleasant surprise. Two other guests were staying throughout our time there, but never really had an issue with toilet/shower/kitchen overlap. There was an early morning or two with fairly noisy kitchen usage, but that comes with many shared stays and is reflected fairly in the total cost. Overall, we really enjoyed the atmosphere, the outdoor deck space and how naturally bright every room was, and whenever we chatted with Sancho. If you're looking for a well-located, affordable place and don't mind sharing some spaces with a few others and maybe a sweet dog, this should do just fine.

Our stay with Sancho was too pleasant. We loved the way he had his house properly, and everything was very clean and tidy. We had our space and Sancho was very kind to us. We will definitely choose it again when we return to the Gold Coast

This was my second time staying here. I booked it because Nick is a good low maintenance host, the room is nice and the location is not far from Surfers paradise. I would book again
