I have booked for 6th - 7 th April for this place. I've booked and paid the amount almost 10-12 days before. So we reach location & caretaker told us. That owner will also come & stay with us in villa. Which is not mentioned in house rules or any description at booking. also owner's son was in contact with me 12 days before. So he also never told me that. I've never seen this type of category in airbnb where you book villa and owner will stay with you entire night. Its a VILLA not a 'Homestay'. So owner was not ready to even listen. So he said how can I will give you keys of my villa in your hand just for 3000 rs. So its as like we are going to steal something from his villa. He was not ready to listen so apparently we left the villa. Our whole weekend was ruined. This is not the way to talk with guests. And if you want to stay in your own villa.. I'll suggest this owner to please mention in the description while booking so atleast client will have an idea. Horrible experience!!!

This is my first booking through AirBnB and we went to celebrate the new year. We stayed for 2 days. Property is much better than what you can see in pics. So, I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed. The property caretaker was on leave, so uncle (owner himself) managed things for us. Uncle brought milk, bread, biscuits, curd, vegetables, sauces etc. for us, even before we reached. He constantly keep an eye if we require anything and was always willing to help us. Complete functioning kitchen, nicely decorated rooms, and beautifully crafted interiors were a great experience. The pool size is also good, and it was filtered from time to time. Locality is surrounded by natural fields, and we literally took some fresh grown fruits from trees and colorful flowers. Getting food delivered is a little bit troublesome, as it's a village area. So, it is better to cook food and enjoy a typical relaxing life, away from city life.

The property is built with a lot of attention to details and is exactly as shown in the pictures. We were the first ones Vedant hosted from Airbnb, let us say the property needed some maintenance. Pros: 1) The property is very near to Thane/ Mumbai, just 2.5 hours during peak traffic. 2) The bedroom interior is just as shown in the photos. 3) The host is very responsive and cooperative. 4) very close to train station and beach 5) Vedant allowed late checkout Cons: 1) The pool was dirty. There was no chlorine in water. making a living space for frogs and tadpoles. Host did clean it on our request 2) The bathtubs were unusable owing to lack of cleanliness and water heaters 3) there was only one bathroom with geyser 4)steps to the upper floor are inconvenient Everything said the host was nicest. He was very responsive and accepting towards all the suggestions we gave him. I will definitely go back once all the cons are rectified as all the problems are easily fixable
