Great for stay, car park ready and good guideline provide by host.
Place is well kept. Host is friendly and responsive. 2nd stay.
Als wir die Unterkunft gebucht haben, war das Inserat neu im Internet. Wir hatten also große Erwartungen eine neue Unterkunft zu betreten, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Leider sieht die Realität etwas anderes aus, die Unterkunft ist nicht neu und auch nicht besonders gepflegt. Der Sofatisch ist kaputt, die Stehlampe ist defekt, die Tapete beschmutzt, ... Insgesamt sind hier einfach einige Wartungsarbeiten erforderlich! Die Unterkunft war trotzdessen sauber und mit nötigsten Utensilien ausgestattet. Nach Georgetown braucht es eine Grabfahrt, da es fußläufig doch etwas weit wäre.

The seaview Starbucks open from 630am until 4am in the morning.
Locals love to jogging and walking along the seafront promenade walkway to enjoy the sea view, sea breeze and the Penang bridge view. Locals play tai chi during morning and youngsters jogging or playing roller skating along the seafront promenande.
The amazing thing is this is the only full seaview and sunrise duplex condo in the Penang!
We are only 5 minutes drive (2.5km distance) to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Core Zone/ Georgetown/ Komtar/clan jetty.
