Had a wonderful stay for the second time and will certainly be back again. Stephen's place is exactly as described with everything needed for some time away. We love that it's pet friendly so it's a full family vacation. Stephen is a wonderful host in that he reaches out early, check's in to make sure you have what you need and offers flexibility when he can. Little touches like the welcome card with some emergency contacts (including an emergency vet number) really go above and beyond. The fireplace and so many board games and movies make rainy days great down time and when the sun poked out we enjoyed taking the paddle boat for a spin. Everything you could need for a fun getaway.

we just recently stayed at Stephen's cottage , our family had an excellent time it was absolutely beautiful and very well kept. it was extremely well stalked with everything from a ton of DVDs and blankets to spices and pots and pans it was incredible . The kids had a blast feeding the birds and chipmunks with the food he provided . There was even toys and a pack and play which both came in handy . would deffinalty recommend and hope to stay again😀

Stephen’s place was breathtaking from the views to the actual cottage. Everything was clean and better than pictured/described. Stephen was the perfect host, always responsive and informative during our stay and leading up to it. We had the perfect anniversary get-a-way with our fur-baby and would love to go back!

We had an amazing 4 day weekend at the cabin. Stephen has thought of everything to make this a perfect stay. Went with my adult children and a friend and everyone felt right at home. Will definitely return and tell friends and family about this fabulous cottage. Thank you Stephen!

Great location for a peaceful family getaway! We have stayed at Stephen’s cabin 3 times now. He is a great host and makes you feel at home. He is also very responsive to any questions you may have while staying at his place. One of our favourite parts of our stay was sitting by the indoor fire and looking out at the beautiful scenery and feeding the blue jays. In the evening we enjoyed the sunsets and making s’mores sitting around the outdoor fire pit. He has a lot of board games, toys are dvds for some indoor entertainment and the kitchen is well stocked with spices for cooking! If you want to dine out, we would suggest eating at Swiss Bear Cafe Bistro!
