Ideal for families with young children, the piste is just across the road, and the Chalvet lift is within a short walking distance. Second-floor apartment with lift and internal stairway access, featuring: Lounge and dining area with large patio doors to a spacious south-facing balcony with piste views. There will be new furnishings throughout to accommodate up to 5 people comfortably. Recently installed and very well-equipped kitchenette, comprising; fully-integrated oven and 4 ring hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. Bedroom 1 - double room with built in storage, access to balcony Bedroom 2 - to offer a double bed with integrated single bed over. Making it ideal for a couple or as a children's dortoire for 3. Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien refait, très bien placé entre les deux espaces du domaine avec des commerces au pieds de l'immeuble. Seul le wifi faisait défaut - aucun débit durant tout le séjour.

Montgenèvre offers excellent holidays. Right on the Italian border, Montgenèvre dates back to pre-Roman times, being on an ancient pass between Italy and France. The charm of the village is complimented by its position in an area that boasts 300 days sunshine a year. Its height means the snow comes earlier and stays later.
Montgenèvre has all the facilities of a modern resort whilst retaining its traditional charm. The restaurants and bars in the village offer a range of both traditional mountain fare and popular dishes. These are complimented by the local shopping and weekly market.
The ski slopes at Montgenèvre are particularly well-suited to beginners and intermediates. A cheap day extension gives you access to 400km of slopes in the Milky Way.
Montgenèvre has a total of 59 slopes, covering 100km of pistes and served by 38 lifts. Of the pistes, 25 are beginner runs, 23 are intermediate runs and 11 are advanced runs. The ski resort has several runs of decent length, the longest being 7km.
There is free on street parking around the village and paid car parks on the front of the village, just a minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is well located with the shops, restaurants and ski school just minutes walk away. There is a pharmacy and bakery just below the apartment block.
