A converted one bed, one bathroom chapel apartment on the first floor, with beautiful features and stunning amenities in a central location. Close to Windsor Great Park, Royal Windsor, Egham Town Centre, Virginia Waters, Wentworth & Ascot. A perfect base to explore the historic towns and villages of Surrey and Cemntarl London is only 40 minutes by train. Close proximity to Heathrow airport, M25 & M3. Accessed via a private entrance, to the stairs which take you to the first floor hall area with period features and storage facilities and coat and shoe rack. You then enter the spacious living area with a large sofa separate office desk area and dining space. Walk through to the separate kitchen with fridge freezer and the full range of modern cooking features, including oven, halogen hob, microwave and espresso coffee machine. The separate bedroom has a double bed, feature window and built in wardrobes, as well as a dressing table and chest of drawers. A real feature of the property is the large modern bathroom with a walk in shower.

Excellent and serene space very accessible to the train, downtown, and Royal Holloway. Great and responsive host and lots of detailed information. Would definitely book again.
There are only five stars to give. Danielle deserves more!! It is a beautiful, beautiful quirky flat full of character close to fabulous walks and lots of great restaurants in Egham. But the stand out is the welcome we received from Danielle, thank you for the flowers and extra touches x
Perfect location with parking for base to explore the local area. Danielle was responsive and very helpful. First floor flat in a beautifully renovated chapel. Adequate amenities and comfortable bed. Quiet despite being close to roads and planes flying overhead. Some stains on carpet but likely visible on account of the beige colour. Relatively clean but shared hallway leading to the flat is damp and has mould - those with asthma be warned. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Danielle was so accommodating of our strange schedule. The place is fascinatingly quirky, and the furnishings and knick-knacks made it so comfy and welcoming. There was even a warm throw. Couldn’t have been better.

It was during the reign of King John that Egham would achieve fame when it was a field site near to Egham at Runnymede that was chosen as the meeting place for the monarch and the Barons when Magna Carta was sealed. This world famous event was staged here because of the proximity to Windsor Castle where King John had taken refuge when war had broken out. Runnymede was close enough to his base to make it a safe meeting place for him.
Royal Holloway University of London is located between Egham and Englefield Green and was opened as a college for women in 1886 with the founders building modelled on the French Chateau de Chambrod. Egham is also the location of Strode’s College, a popular sixth form college.
There are a number of memorials in the area including the Air Forces Memorial on Cooper’s Hill, the Kennedy Memorial and Magna Carta Memorial by the River Thames on the Runnymede Meadows. A large proportion of the meadows are managed by the National Trust.
In Egham itself there is good range of shops, local history can be investigated at the Museum in the Literary Institute and there is a large leisure centre catering for a wide range of sporting and leisure activities.
