Escape the hustle and bustle of modern life in this art-filled home, with original wooden floors, fireplace, and bright sunny courtyard. 3 bedroomed home with bathroom, separate toilet and laundry, kitchen diner and living room. Heating and cooling via split system units and thermostat controlled gas fire. The house to the rear of the property is also an AirBnB owned by myself. It is fully fenced off from this one with its own gated access.

We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful little house. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, with a cute little courtyard. Loved the little extras left for our stay- bread, butter etc. Really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owner.
This stay was convenient for what we required. Not overly kid friendly for younger children (very noisy floor boards). The second bedrooms mattress is extremely firm and the fans are very dated and somewhat questionable. Location was good and property was easy to access.

The area is up and coming and going through a significant regeneration. The immediate streets are quiet, wide and tree-lined, with some beautiful heritage homes. I would describe the vibe of the wider area as industrial/hipster.
The train station is a 10 minute walk away with direct trains to Adelaide CBD or Outer Harbour (for Osbourne Shipyard).
Semaphore Beach is a 10 minute drive, Henley Square is a 12 minute drive.
Port Adelaide Football Club is a 15 minute walk away.
There are two awesome breweries close by (within walking distance) : Big Shed Brewing Concern is less than a 10 minute walk, and Pirate Life is a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk.
