Welcome to WILUKA and our lovely and sustainable furnished penthouse, close to the ICE train station and the A3 in Limburg. -> Large roof terrace -> elevator -> underground parking space (max. height 1.50m) or outdoor parking space -> 55" Smart TV: AmazonPrimeVideo incl., or with your account to Netflix and Co -> super-comfortable king-size bed -> modern and sustainable: from vegan large furniture, recycled materials, FSC and Ökotex100 standard, to fair trade food. Our recently furnished penthouse apartment awaits you with a fresh, modern and sustainable design. You live close to the ICE train station (20 minutes to Frankfurt Airport, 30 minutes to Frankfurt South, 50 minutes to Cologne). Bus line 5 takes you to Limburg city center in 10 minutes. If you arrive by car, you will find free parking spaces in front of and behind the building and the building's own double underground parking garage (car height max. 1.5m). The A3 is only 1 minute away. From the entrance or the underground garage, you can take the elevator to the 6th floor of the newly built, well-kept building without barriers and enter the apartment via smart lock. Start your day with a delicious Fairtrade coffee or tea and enjoy the apartment's great amenities: In the bedroom, a 1.80m wide super-comfortable king-size box-spring bed awaits you, with plenty of pillows in different sizes, a cozy reading corner, and a desk if you want to work. Of course, you have USB ports for your cell phone charging cable right by the bed and at the desk. A comfortable sofa in the open-plan living area can also be used as an additional bed for the 3rd and 4th person. You can watch Amazon Prime Video or TV for free on the 55" Smart TV or log in to one of the many other streaming services with your account. Reading material and a selection of board games are also on site. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook or enjoy coffee at the cozy coffee bar. The dining table seats four people comfortably. You will also find everything you need in the bathroom. In addition to shampoo, shower gel, etc., you will also find a washer-dryer and washing powder. Of course, we also provide fresh towels. The shower has a low tub with a 3.5 cm step and can also be used by people with physical disabilities. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need a shower chair. Please also let us know if you need a baby chair, an extra bed, or anything else for your child. Another highlight is the large penthouse terrace, accessible from the kitchen/living room and the bedroom. A comfortable seating area and a swinging bench await you here. Access to the terrace is the only one that is not barrier-free. The height of the balcony door threshold is 15 cm.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach fantastisch! Bei schönem Wetter kann man eine tolle Zeit auf der großzügigen Dachterrasse und in Limburg verbringen, wohingegen bei schlechtem Wetter die Wohnung mit ihrer geschmackvollen Einrichtung zu einem gemütlichen Filmabend einlädt. Die Kommunikation mit Anke lief prima, die Beschreibung für den selbstständigen Check-In war gut verständlich und die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Gerne wieder!
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im WiLuKa in Limburg.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht! Sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. In 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der Stadt. Die Kommunikation vorab und auch während des Aufenthalts war einwandfrei. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind!

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Und wir hatten keine Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, da wir mit der Bahn eigereist sind. Anke und Verena waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und standen uns bei jeder Frage die wir hatten zur Seite... Also ich würde aujeden fall immer wieder die Unterkunft buchen.

You live in a new-build apartment building in the Limburg Süd industrial estate.
L'Osteria, Subway, McDonalds, KFC, bakery, and fitness studio are all within walking distance. Grocery stores can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
The river Lahn can be reached on foot in about 30 to 45 minutes and by car within 5 minutes.
The old town can be reached by bus within 10 minutes, also by car. You can park in one of the parking garages that charge a fee.
You have a free parking space in the courtyard or the underground garage (max. height of the car 1.5m).
The ICE train station is just a 1-minute walk away and has bus connections. Line 5 takes you to Limburg central station in 10 minutes, where you are also right on the edge of Limburg's beautiful old town.
The slip road to the A3 is in the immediate vicinity, as is a petrol station, hydrogen filling station, and electric fast-charging stations.
