We spent 3 nights here ,personally there was to much clutter in the house for us,the house had every thing we needed. Couldn't use the outside space as it had rained and furniture cushions had been left outside We won't stay there again but like i said the beds were comfy and it was a warm house ,but a bit stuffy

Comfortable beds, was cold but electric blankets helped. House was too cluttered for our liking and too many hand written notes everywhere. Much text communication to and from with Host . All we needed was a late check out but were told cleaners will arrive within minutes so we checked out in a hurry only to find out later that cleaners didn’t get there for few days. We left bathroom fan running and back windows open to air the place after showering thinking that the cleaners would be there “within minutes” but host complained about that in rude messages. She even looked inside the rubbish bins and even told us off for not taking the rubbish out. Her text messages were rude, insulting, repetitive and even saying that other hosts renting properties were trouble, very demeaning. I hate to see other guests get this kind of treatment and hope she is better with others.

A quirky eclectic home that had all the amenities we needed for a short weekend. Comfy warm beds in generously sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and plenty of cosy seating to binge watch on the huge TV.

A lovely location, comfortable beds and lots of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. Style is eclectic and quirky with a lot of knickknacks in all rooms. There are stairs, with two of the bedrooms downstairs. The main bedroom is upstairs with a shower over the bath. I personally would not take babies (at crawling stage) or young children here, but ok for older children who are not prone to break things. Parking is outside the gates.

A lovely place to stay that is very cosy and full of charm. We loved having our meals whilst having a nice view of the surrounding nature, and it was a short drive to the shopping street and walking trails. We were worried about it being chilly in the winter but there was central heating and electric blankets in every bed which was great. Crackers and cookies were waiting for us upon arrival which was a lovely addition to our charcuterie board!
