Comfortable 1 BR apartment on the 2nd floor of newly renovated building located in a central, residential . Wether you are travelling alone, for business or for vacations, this apartment will be perfect for a maximum group of 4 people. Located in Wiedikon, Zürich. It is just 10 minutes to the vibrant city centre of Zürich. Packed with lots of restaurants and shops, the lake is just a few minutes away! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions :) When you enter the apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dinning table for you to share a nice meal after a day discovering the city. On your left, you will find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an attached bathroom. On your right, you will find a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed and flat screen TV. Cleaning service can be provided during your stay. Hairdryer, TV, iron, ironing board are provided.

I did a reservation for 4 persons and after 1 hour, within the airbnb communicated timelines, I changed the reservation from 4 to 1. I never got pay back for the extra fees and never got a reply from the host on why he did not accept my change request. He just said me that he had not received my change of reservation (although I attached to the message the screenshot confirming that the change reservation has been asked within communicated timelines in the app), asked me how many people are you staying there and that's all, no other replies. I have sent him 10 messages on this issue and has been replying only once, when I was reporting him a security issue, someone entering the house while I was sleeping, he had not my permission, pretending to change the battery of the remote controller.
The room was very clean and surrounded by a park. At first we were looking for the wrong place and the common with the person in charge also went well. It was a bit far from the city but acceptable, the walk wasn't too far and along the road was very nice

The house was located on a calm neighborhood. They had everything that we needed in the house. The supermarket is 10-15 minutes of walk away, same as the public transportation. The house was overall clean and tidy.

The neighborhood is quiet and very safe even at late night. You will find local supermarkets and small grocery shops, and nice bars and restaurants on the adjacent streets as well as a major shopping center (“Sihlcity”).
The apartment is central and very well served by the local public transport network. Trams 14 and 9 are a short walk away, and take you to the main train station and to the lake, respectively, in 10 min. You can also walk if you prefer :-) No need for a car to travel within the city.
With the public transportation, you’d take 35-50 min from the airport, door-to-door.
Parking : This is a residential area. There are two types of parking surrounding the house : “White Zone” parking is to be paid for by the hour, “Blue Zone” parking is for free provided you set a blue parking sign on the dashboard of the car and update it within every two hours. There is also a parking lot a little away (15/25 minute hike up a hill) from the house where you pay 0.50CHF per hour with a maximum of 15 hrs at once. You can find the location of this and other parking spaces with the mobile app “Parku”, which many guests found very useful. Alternatively you can buy a daily parking sign from the local Police that allows you to park everywhere in the city of Zürich for one day, and costs CHF 15 / day.
