Sony is the person that handles the communication in AirBnB, his instructions were clear and once we arrive there was the staff that handles the check in, gives us the Wi-Fi password and explains to us everything around the house. The villa is in a cluster of other villas and it is one of the few villas that has been completed, the rest are still under construction, the villa behind us is still under construction too, fortunately the period that I'm staying coincides Indonesian's long holiday, so the workers are on holiday in other words no construction during those period. If you are someone that values full privacy, this might me something you want to consider or clarify with Sony. There were some hiccups while we were there too, the Wi-Fi was not working for 2 days. They did try their best to fix it and everything that I need was very well handled and handled quite immediately, communication with the staff was good. Overall, I quite enjoyed my stay there and had a great time.

This listing is away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, it is beautifully designed! The staff and service were extraordinary. We faced stains on the bedsheets and the toiler seat could have been cleaner but the staff responded quickly to solve it.

The villa is great, new and beautiful! We enjoyed our stay here. The stuff is super responsive and helpful, they did really amazing job (good cleaning, providing umbrellas, helping with the spider etc). Every morning they come and make you very good breakfast, it was really nice! All in all, it was very good experience. There is a lot of construction around, but there was no noise that bothered us. The only downside is that there is no proper road to the villa and though it can be found on the map under Casanina Ubud, it was a little hard to communicate with taxi drivers and deliveries. But most of the times it worked out really good! If you rent a bike or you have your own driver then it wouldn’t be a problem at all.

its a lil bit difficult to find and we had to deal with insects in our room, but the service was 10/10, they provide insect repellent and the staff was really nice and helpful, the villa is the same as in photo, its good!
