Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere in this spacious studio amidst rainforest gardens overlooking the pool. Perfect for a couple wanting to relax and unwind in privacy. Only a 5 minute walk to our little village with Post Office, Cafes, Hairdresser and The Fox Small Bar. Great dining amenities that feature only the finest and freshest regional produce. We are 10 minutes to the Airport and 15 minutes to Cairns CBD.

A fabulous studio property in an excellent location to Cairns city and waterfront and the airport. A great base for exploring. The outdoor space was superb, well set up for relaxation with the bonus of being able to take a refreshing dip in the dip in the pool. Everything was just perfect! Beth and Rob were amazing hosts; attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend! Will definitely book another stay!
Beth and Rob were superb hosts. The studio beautiful and as described the personal touches on arrival were much appreciated. The garden is beautiful and private with a lovely pool to cool off in. Local recommendations for restaurants were great, Palooka is a definite one to try either a short drive or 15 minute walk from the studio. Perfectly located, 17 minute drive into Cairns marina for boat trips or 15 minutes to the airport. Have recommended to friends in Brisbane and if we were to come to Cairns again this would be top of the list.
Above and beyond hosts! Airport pickup, friendly hosts, a beautifully stocked fridge which came in handy when all nearby restaurants were closed for the holiday. Beautiful gardens, peaceful atmosphere, and everything you could need in terms of supplies. 10/10 highly recommend and would stay again.
Beth and her husband were the most wonderful, generous and kind hosts! It was our last few days in Australia and they helped us however they could, from letting us cook up and donating our leftover food, to charity shop runs, getting us to the airport at ridiculous hours, and just being lovely and fun to chat with therefore creating a lovely vibe! was all we could have hoped and asked for, and we hope they continue doing the wonderful work or giving people a cozy, fabulously furnished (including a pretty much private pool!) home away from home!
Beth was helpful, friendly and extremely responsive. She organised an early check in for us- this was muchly appreciated! The fridge was generously stocked. I've never had anyone provide tropical fruit or wine before. It was a lovely treat! Many thanks, Kirsten

Located in a small village with a very tropical landscape. 10 minute walk to the historic Freshwater Train Station to travel on the famous Kuranda rail. A short 5 minute walk to Jalarra Park overlooking the beautiful views of the district sugercane fields.
A dedicated walking/bicycle path leading through to Freshwater to Palm Cove and also directly to the Esplanade and the beautiful Botanical gardens.
There is street parking available as well as a dedicated Uber Service (approx $35 to/from the airport)
Bicycles are available for use during your stay.
