Has a comfortable queen bed with memory foam topper to rest in after a busy day of touring Iloilo. Smart TV, may connect with Netflix using guests' own account. Kitchen. A beautiful studio unit with a queen sized bed, memory foam topper,4 pillows, black out curtains, hot and cold shower, towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishwashing soap, hair dryer. Kitchen equipped with cooking materials, plates, glasses, mugs, cuttleries, microwave, hot water pot, and refrigerator. Has a Smart TV that can access Netflix with guest's own account. Has a comfortable pullout sofa bed to lounge in. Place perfect for two people but could accommodate up to 3 people if willing to use pullout sofa bed. The property has a shared pool that the guests can use.

Very easy to communicate with the host, and she was very polite and understanding.The location was very accessible to malls,fast food and etc. .The place was clean and smells good. The only problem was the tv, netflix was not working.

The place is very cozy, they utilize the space to fit in all you need in a staycation, plus it is also aesthetic, we will definitely come back.

This is a quiet condominium unit located on the fifth floor. There's a garden in the pool area if one wants to have some fresh air. This place is centrally located so it is close to all beautiful and must go places of Iloilo City.
There are a lot of taxis passing by the main road in front of the condominium complex. It is also accessible by Grab Taxi or Grab Car. There are electric jeepneys passing by as well.
Since the place is centrally-located, it is very near SM City, Festive Mall, Iloilo Convention Center ICC, all these can be accessed by car.
Atria complex can be accessed by foot. Near Mc Donald's and Jollibee. There's a 7-11, Coffeebean and Tea Leaf, Laundromat, water refilling station, and a yummy chicken inasal place on the ground floor of the Building itself. In front of Ateneo de Iloilo and near Qualimed hospital. Also, near S&R.
