Kate’s place was perfect. Very clean, close to airport, quiet neighborhood. 25 minute ride to beaches. Great size for 2 families with kids. We had two couples, two toddlers, and one baby, and everyone was more than comfortable. Outdoor seating by the pool was perfect for relaxing, playing cards and watching the kids play. Would love to stay again!

We had a great stay with our 3 kids under 8 yrs old. House was perfectly clean. Ni e bedrooms and comfortable beds. Outdoor pool is a nice space and cozy area to relax with couch and tv. Kids also enjoyed playing shuffleboard. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys were all available for use…which was very convenient for beach days. Overall great stay, only minor feedback being the neighbor’s barking/whining dogs that were noticeable at varying times of day and night.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean and clutter free! We loved the heated pool and hanging out back. We like going to the beaches daily and Siesta Key and Coquina beach were about 40 minutes with spring break traffic and Lido Key was 20 minutes! The house had 4 great beach chairs which was awesome! Kate was great and checked in on us to make sure our stay was going well! Thanks for a great spring break!
