Explore the vibrant city streets, dine at top-rated restaurants, and experience the local culture, all within walking distance. It is a comfortable and inviting space for solo travelers, couples, or small families. The living room - once the drawing room of a single family home, over a hundred years ago - has 14ft ceiling and huge original French windows flooding the room with lots of natural light. The French doors open onto a quiet private balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee or a glass of wine. The bedroom has the same high ceilings, a blackout blind and lots of wardrobe space. The bathroom has a full size bath tub with a step in shower over head. There is ample storage in the bathroom cabinet behind the mirror. - The flat is one of just 3 in this beautiful old Georgian building so it is very secure. - Pet-friendly! Dogs welcome for a one-time fee of £100. - There is washer / dryer machine in the flat - All necessary amenities are provided for a comfortable stay. - The bedroom has a comfortable King size (US Queen). - Extra pillows, and blankets are in the wardrobe. - The kitchen has the cooking essentials, so you can prepare your own meals during your stay. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Unforeseen circumstances (weather, power outages, etc.) are non-refundable.
