Great apartment (spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated) immersed in quiet, gorgeous countryside. The hosts were terrific: welcoming, warm, flexible, and extremely responsive to questions or concerns.

Our stay at Podere Guiliani was utter bliss - possibly the most relaxing holiday we've ever had. We loved it the minute we arrived but as every day passed we loved it more - we were very sad to have to leave. The house, gardens and pool are lovely, in an utterly peaceful, rural location, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and fields that change throughout the day as the sun moves - and even the sea in the distance. However, it's the warmth, generosity and overall hospitality of hosts Maurizia and her husband Stefano that made our stay extra special; we were welcomed like old friends. No request was too much, yet they also totally respected our space to ensure we feltl entirely at home. Location-wise there are plenty of things to see and do with stunning landscapes, villages, lakes, beaches and excellent restaurants within easy reach. Being able to narrow down the choice thanks to Maurizia's local tips ensured that no trip was wasted - every recommendation was spot on! Podere Giuliani has found its place firmly in our hearts. We shall return, often.

Très chouette endroit, idéalement situé pour nombres d'activités. Je recommande chaudement. On sent que les hôtes aiment vraiment accueillir et plusieurs petits détails en attestent : décoration, petites attentions, conseils... Nous avons pu voir les deux appartements et ils sont tous les deux très charmants! Piscine super agréable et idéalement située. Accueil très chaleureux! Notre hôte nous a même laissés rester un peu plus longtemps car nous avions un vol de retour très tôt le lendemain. Nos enfants ont adoré les animaux présents sur place qui sont très calmes et super gentils.

Das Apartment liegt ein paar Kilometer ausserhalb von Montalto di castro. Sehr ruhig und ländlich. Vom Haus sind alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region aber sehr gut zu erreichen und es gibt wirklich viel zu entdecken. Einkausmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es gut erreichbar und in wirklich ausreichender Anzahl. Das Apartment ist toll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig, mit vielen kleinen Details die es einem gleich leicht machen sich zu Hause zu fühlen. Wir waren Anfang April dort und die Temperaturen besonders in der Nacht noch nicht sehr hoch. Im Wohnbereich gibt es einen Holzoffen der alles schnell erwärmt und noch dazu für eine sehr wohlige Atmosphäre sorgt. Die zwei Schlafzimmer haben eine kleine aber ausreichende Gasheizung. Leider konnten wir den Pool und Garten noch nicht intensiv nutzen aber alles sah toll aus und wir sind uns sicher das ein Aufenthalt im Sommer super auszuhalten ist. Maurizia und Stefano sind wirklich toll. Sie sind sehr freundlich und haben immer ein paar Tips parat sind aber dennoch nicht zu aufdringlich so dass die Privatsphäre gewahrt bleibt. Sehr angenehm! Die Kinder haben sich auch super wohlgefühlt. Das Fazit ganz ist ganz einfach, tolles Apartement, tolle Gastgeber, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auch gerne wieder.

ASSOLUTAMENTE RACCOMANDATO. Accoglienza, gentilezza e cortesia in un paesaggio mozzafiato. Il casale è esattamente come descritto, a 10 min d'auto da mare e servizi, buoni ristoranti con ottima qualità prezzo. Da ritornarci! Grazie Maurizia e Stefano!
