Spacious apartment, 2 double bedrooms, with 4 single beds or 2 super king. Central Cheltenham. This apartment is ideal for short or long stay travellers. Equipped with kitchen essentials, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. Washing machine free for usage. Enjoy the open plan kitchen dining and lounge area, or relax in front of the digital flat screen TV. There is good mobile signal for those wishing to keep in contact or free highspeed Wi-Fi. First floor modern apartment designed with guest accommodation in mind. Nicely proportioned open plan living/diner/kitchen. Two separate bedrooms each with either two single beds or combine them to make two super king beds. All windows have Venetian blinds. Workspace for laptop, hanging hooks, luggage platforms. Modern shower room with walk in electric shower. Electric wall mounted radiators (The property utilises electric heating and electric water heating and as such does not have gas or the requirement for a Co2 detector).

Great host, nice accommodation, highly recommended
We stayed as a family of 4 for 3 nights. Immediately after booking we were asked to provide £100 security deposit and sign additional paperwork/contract. I’ve never had this for an Airbnb before, but we signed as we were unable to cancel without being charged. The £100 deposit was kept as a pending payment in my bank via the company used for 5 days after departure. We received several messages ahead of staying with details of the house rules which seemed excessive & made me feel quite anxious. We found out at this point that although the listing says parking on site, they don’t have a permit yet so you can only park 8pm-8am- all other times we had to find alternative parking which was stressful with kids. I didn’t feel very safe in this area at night. Amenities - overall ok but a few issues eg given 30ml of shower gel for 4 people across 3 nights! Overall it’s a lovely apartment, nice host, but parking issues & the contract/deposit situation plus cost would mean we wouldn’t return.
Good for our purpose of additional beds when visiting family. Jessica was responsive re questions.

Great place, very local to town centre. Great communication and a lot of help during some problems with our subcontractors who were staying.

The property is located along the high street of Cheltenham town. Train station is about 15 minutes and buses are just outside the property.
The surrounding areas have restaurants, takeaways, a Tesco superstore and industrial business centre/retail park.
The centre of Cheltenham can be reached on foot within ten minutes.
There is on-street parking outside the property which does not require a resident permit between the hours of 8pm and 8am. At the back of the property, on-street parking is free for two hours between 8am and 8pm, or use and a car park (MiPermit) just a minutes walk away. There is limited parking opposite with a 90 minute maximum stay.
Alternatively, parking permits can be supplied for a £5 daily charge (subject to availability - please contact us).
You will be provided with a key box code which is located outside the apartment approximately 24 hours before your stay.
