Great place, I arrived to the private community roughly at 9 pm, we went out to dinner and returned back to the house around 11 pm. My kids were eager to swim late at night. Being a host and owning in a community myself I know the strict noise policies, however, for the kids you're willing to put up with the consequences. Lucky for us nobody bother us or told my kids to get out as it was private pool. We did not have music just chattering and kids swimming of course. Really nice and comfortable house. The AC units work perfectly and the space is very inviting. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and I had a great time staying at the airbnb! The house was beautiful and the residencial area was so pretty and peaceful. We did have an issue with hot water at first. However, the host response time was very time efficient and they came over and fixed the water for us the next day! I think our only real complaint would be that the beds were a little uncomfortable but we enjoyed everything us :)

Leo’s place was very nice. It was clean, not too far from eateries/grocery stores, and felt safe. It was about a 20-25 minute ride to Cancun’s night life and beaches so you will need a car. Also, my guest and I were a bit loud at one point of the visit(just enjoying the trip) and we were charge $140, so I would just be cautious of that but otherwise it was a magnificent place to stay.

The place is brand new, actually the residential where its located is still under construction so there is not much. But contruction around the house so that is the only bad thing about it but at the same time it makes it really peaceful. The place is big, beautiful, and very close to the airport. Highly recommend your next stay at Leo’s
