La prima volta a Scalea è stata una bella esperienza soggiornare nell'alloggio di Lorenzo nel cuore del borgo storico dove si rivive uno stile di vita d'altri tempi godendo di una tranquillità unica per chi vuole fuggire dalle caotiche città. Dalla finestra dell'appartamento si può ammirare il mare ed i colori del tramonto. Lorenzo è un host impeccabile e attento anche ad ogni consiglio offerto. L'alloggio trovato pulito e ordinato

Lorenzo is an amazing host. Responds in a timely manner if not immediately. Checks in on you via message to see how it’s going and if you need anything. He arranged a taxi for me from the train station to his apartment. I was greeted by his father who walked me up to the apartment and showed me around. I was by myself. I felt very safe. This apartment was very spacious. The bedroom is large. The wi-fi is solid. Streamed shows w/o interruptions or lags. I was very pleased with my stay.

We were in town for business - and the meeting date changed! Lorenzo changed with it. Then, it changed AGAIN!!! The apartment we had originally booked wasn't available, but Lorenzo had this one open and offered it to us. It is very clean and completely renovated. This solved our lodging problem, and the location was very convenient. It is in the historic part of town. There is convenient parking nearby, so it was easy to come and go. Lorenzo was communicative throughout the stay and notified us when there was a problem beyond his control (a community-wide water outage that didn't affect us in the end), and we REALLY appreciated the heads-up. This is an ancient building, and it is not 100% soundproof. It would be silly to think it would be! We could hear the people upstairs at night, so if you are a light sleeper, keep this in mind. Just prepare appropriately. Bring foam earplugs and you won't be bothered at all.

Abbiamo avuto modo di soggiornare nella casa di Lorenzo nella 2° settimana di Agosto e devo complimentarmi con Lui per la presenza , l' affidabilitá , la pulizia , la precisione e la cura dei dettagli , sempre disponibile in qualsiasi momento e per qualsiasi richiesta . La casa si trova nella borgata antica di Scalea , l'abbiamo apprezzata tanto sia per la posizione sia per la vista , un divincolarsi di vialetti tutti particolari e da da esplorare , vicina a due piazze , a due ristoranti e a pochi passi dai ruderi del castello , la casa nonostante il caldo di Agosto é stata fresca e abbastanza ventilata per via della posizione , ma in caso ce ne fosse di bisogno ci sono 2 ventilatori a rinfrescare , inoltre c'é un ampio parcheggio a 300mt. dove sostare l'auto giorno e notte in tranquillitá e totalmente gratuito .
