Spacious and clean home.
This review is based on the interaction with the property owner which was very weird to say the least and completely disappointing at the end. Even though they have Evolve managing this property, the owner was reaching out to me directly prior to the reservation. During the second call, i informed her i would need to cancel due to family medical emergency. She relayed personal experience from her past and insisted that we would get the full refund as she understood our situation. After I canceled on the site, i noted our conversation in the cancellation notes. No one reached out after nor addressed the note. The owner after giving me her personal cell, never responded to my follow up text. After a few reach outs to resolve, they came back saying she denied approving the refund. Never in all my experience with airbnb had i had such a strange and off putting experience. I don’t recommend this place.
