Our house has new carpets & is freshly decorated in the centre of Messingham. The village has lots of pubs and eateries including my favourite Indian restaurant, The Mayfair, we have Thai food at The Crown, a dog friendly Gastro pub in The Horn with live music on Friday’s, an Italian, hairdressers, beauty salons, shops, a Nature reserve, a children’s play barn, golf, tennis, fishing ponds & a lovely little zoo. Blyton Racetrack & ice cream parlour is also nearby. San Pietro restaurant is nearby. Our house has a lounge with a beautiful little cast iron fireplace. There are two double bedrooms, the main bedroom also has a little cast iron fireplace a King size bed, a wardrobe and two sets of drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed a wardrobe and drawers, both have had compliments about the beds being very comfortable. The bathroom has a shower over the bath with a shower screen, we provide complimentary shampoo conditioner & shower gel. The kitchen is a kitchen diner and has a dishwasher/microwave, electric hob & cooker, toaster kettle etc we also provide complimentary coffee tea sugar and a few other essentials to make for a comfortable stay. We have a private walled garden with a grassed and barked area with sun loungers as well as a patio area with a bistro set. Parking can be on the drive but it is very narrow, or on the road directly outside, but if you have a special car you want to bring we can arrange gated access next door for extra peace of mind. We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer that can be used by guests for a small extra fee.
