On the ground floor (fully air-conditioned) guests can find a comfortable lounge area with double sofa bed (mostly suitable for children up to 12 years old), satellite TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), a beautifully finished twin bedroom with air-conditioning plus balcony and a modern bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the air-conditioned master bedroom suite, huge, and featuring its own shower room and balcony. Particular attention has been given to the décor of the house, to provide a modern, homely feeling with a touch of style and extra comfort. Outside the villa offers the unique bonus of a large, swimming pool measuring more than 32sqm (6.5m x 5m – depth 1.5m) and reserved for the exclusive use of the guests. Spacious terraces with flowers and shrubs surround the pool, for endless relaxation under the shining Greek sun. The pool is beautifully lit at night and comfortable sunbeds, parasols and pool towels are provided to the guests.
