A private bedroom in a newly renovated home with a modern aesthetic. Everything has been hand-crafted and lovingly chosen for this custom designed home. This rental is part of an attached ADU which is separate from the host's residence. The entrance and kitchenette are shared with other guests but not with the host. This room shares a bathroom with two other guest rooms. Please review the listing photos for a floorplan layout of the rental. Please make note that there is no living room space. The rental features a small kitchenette that is perfect for preparation of simple meals and light cooking. Every bedroom has it's own private code lock. The backyard is private and not guest accessible. The front yard is undergoing renovation will be available as a space to hang out/picnics once completed (estimated Spring 2024).

Other roommates were so noisy and i was so uncomfortable and didn’t meet my expectations of this place .the room next to me Spent long time in shower and I wasn’t able to use the restroom! The other room was snoring all nights! The other one was on the phone so loud all the time !!Requested to upgrade to master bedroom but wasn’t available for my dates so i had to deal with all because it wasn’t refundable!!!

The heating system for the room needs attention. It was cold. Otherwise the place is not bad.

The home is located less than a minute from the nearest freeway, and has great access to surrounding areas of Orange County, Los Angeles, and Riverside/Inland Empire cities. We are also just minutes from beautiful scenic hiking trails of the Anaheim mountains.
Metrolink is less than a 3/4 mile walk from the home. Uber is usually available within the area as well. While a few stores and places to eat are within a mile walking distance, a method of transportation is strongly recommended.
This is a suburban neighborhood, and there is always ample street parking available.
