The house was cozy and relaxing. We had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Ms. Renae communication was on point we really enjoyed our stay. If ever in VA Beach would recommend and definitely will be our first choice.

The home was very roomy and had easy to use tv and amenities. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. Decor was neat and nice.

the property manager, Kathy, and her cleaning crew do a great job maintaining this property. we noticed some of the ceiling fans weren't working/had broken blades, but otherwise, the set up of this house and layout worked perfectly for our traveling circus. we took five of our grandkids to va beach/norfolk to sight see, visit the zoo, aquarium, etc. The location was in a quiet neighborhood near enough to everything. it was large enough to spread out and still keep an eye on everyone. the laundry room was a nice surprise, along with lots of seating for meals. Kathy was even nice enough to be flexible on our checkout time because sometimes, when traveling with kids, nothing goes as planned. highly recommend this property.
