The beach across the road also has an 'off-leash area' for dogs. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area flows straight into the BBQ and entertainment area, creating a seamless transition with the outdoors. Downstairs dine alfresco overlooking the pool, spa and tropical gardens. A gourmet kitchen is designed to flow outdoors via a bi-fold servery. In the evenings kick back on comfortable sofa seating inside or outside or soak the night away in the spa. Upstairs you will find four immaculately presented bedrooms (fifth bedroom downstairs) along with a second living area, bar and balconies also leading up to the loft where you can watch the world go by soaking in the sea breeze or the panoramic coastal views. Bedroom 1 has queen-sized bed, built in robe and coastal views. Bedroom 2 is located down stairs and has a tall boy. Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed that folds out to two singles or a queen size bed and also has a built in robe. The master suite (Bedroom 4) is fitted with a queen sized bed with two generous wardrobes as well as beautiful views. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and opens out to a balcony with escarpement views.
