房间很干净，也很舒适

The apartment is very new, modern and comfortable. I think it is newly built. Beds were comfortable. It can get hot in the apartment so make sure to reduce the heating if needed from the radiators. Just so you are aware, this place is only 1 bathroom, not 1.5 bathroom. Unfortunately we were disappointed as we wanted 2 toilets for our group and picked this place partly because it was advertised as 1.5 bathrooms. Also on the Monday we were checking out, there was loud construction noise at 10am local time which woke us up, however this is out of control of the host. There was a little drainage smell from the bathroom however it did not bother us too much. The douche/bidet spray was leaking when using it so we did not use it, however I am sure this will be fixed as we raised the issue. The Host was quick to respond with messages. All in all, as long as you know this is 1 bathroom, you will enjoy it. Very clean, modern, new and comfortable. We recommend.

Good choice for guests more than 2, as we struggled to find a decent option in almaty for bigger place. Helpful host that’s readily available anytime. My only issue was the bed sheet that was attracting too much of hair and unusual smell from the bathroom. I hope the owner will fix it- and everything else was good

good place was in a under construction neighborhood otherwise was an amazing stay with lotsof good things about the host and the apartment

Очень хорошая, чистая и светлая квартира! Очень красивый вид из окна. Отличное расположение в 10 минутах тц и продуктовый гипермаркет. Во дворе дома есть детская площадка, для тех кто с детьми это очень удобно, как в нашем случаи!
