We booked geraldo's place D-1 to the check-in date, and everything went smoothly. Geraldo is well communicated and very kind, making sure that we reached the place safely and well. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The place is just the same as the name 'cozy', just like in the picture. It's clean, tidy, well-designed, and spacious enough for 4-5 persons. There are many novels provided to read. A few things need to be improved in the future. A stronger Wi-Fi because there's a limited signal for some providers,especially on the 1st floor. More aircond's remote (there's only 1 remote for 4 aircond,so need more effort to set each aircond). Hot water, dispenser, and rice cooker may be can be provided. Overall, we do really had a great time while staying there. I'd recommend this place for your stay in Surabaya.Thank you! 😁
