This may just be my favorite air b n b yet!!! And I travel a lot :) As soon as you open the door you are mesmerized by the waterfront view. It felt so good to be on a hotel property and know you were in a great safe location. It’s only about 10 min from the airport which was great!! Agustin was EXTREMELY communicative and was there for anything we needed. He is so attentive to detail and making sure your stay is great!! From making sure our driver was scheduled at the airport to answering our questions, to someone kindly meeting us when we arrived to give us a tour it truly was AMAZING!!! I cannot recommend this little slice of paradise enough. It’s modern, clean, beautiful and has everything you could need. Also go try Navios across the street! Obsessed and it is now my favorite restaurant :) Have fun in Mexico!! And I hope you stay at this air b n b because it will make your trip that much better ☺️🌟 ☀️

This beautiful place was an excellent getaway to rest and enjoy the beach in a quiet área of Cancun. Everything was super clean and amazing. Agustin and his team offered great service and attention. We would go back any time, for sure. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Agustin’s condo was perfect! Agustin took care of every detail, was very responsive, provided restaurant recommendations, and even checked in on us during our stay. We got all the perks of staying at hotel while also having more space and a kitchen. And you can’t beat the breathtaking view from the condo! It looks just like the pictures. It’s just steps away from the pool & beach. We spent most days lounging on the beach but I also used the spa at the hotel which was wonderful. I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s but Agustin’s condo was by far my favorite.

Agustin’s place is absolutely beautiful and is situated ocean front. We had the best of both worlds- being able to shop and cook local cuisine and also enjoy the amenities of the Oleo pools, gym and beach front. Agustin’s place looked exactly as the pictures and he responded very quickly to any questions we had. It’s evident that Agustin truly cares about his guests and the experience they have. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be recommending it to our friends. This place is truly a gem!

Agustin was extremely responsive and helpful. He recommended some tours with a reliable company and set things up for us. The place was modern, clean and spacious. We’d love to visit again and stay there. The only small glitch was that it’s an all- inclusive resort so we could buy drinks at the pool or a taco unless we paid the $90 pp per day fee. But there were two really good restaurants across the street, especially Navíos which is set on the lagoon with little palapas and lights. Beautiful! And there was a small grocery store where we could buy snacks and drinks. Bus to town was super easy too!
