Spacious and cozy apartment (3 rooms, 75 m2) in district 5. Airy and bright. Fully equipped and recently renovated. This location is ideal for culture lovers (temples, traditional shops, etc.) and foodies (Vietnamese and Chinese specialties, street food, markets, etc.). Here you can experience a local way of life. One bedroom (queen size bed, air cond, fan, TV)/ One large living room with fans and high ceiling which opens onto a balcony with a clear view (perfect for enjoying the fresh breeze at nightfall). One mezzanine room arranged as a working and relaxation space (air-condition and fan). Large kitchen with washing machine and everything you need to cook. Small basic bathroom (shower and toilet in the same room, water heater). The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator. Guarded and well-maintained building with a relaxed, family atmosphere.

The flat is located in the district 5, Ho Chi Minh city's Chinatown, called "Cho Lon" in Vietnamese. This neighborhood is very picturesque with a unique and authentic atmosphere. It has many traditionnal shops (lanterns, chinese opera costumes, tailors, medicinal herbs...), several beautiful ancient temples, delicious food (dim sum, street food, chinese and vietnamese food...), many markets (food, fabrics, wholesale... ). Very lively by day and quiet at night.
You can reach the district 1 and most of the tourist attractions quickly and easily (bus, taxi...).
We have been staying in Vietnam every year for more than 20 years, we will be happy to share our best addresses and visiting tips with you.
Two public bus lines pass near the apartment (2 minutes walking). Bus number 1 will quickly take you to Ben Thanh in the district1 . Bus 91 goes to Mien Tay (buses to Mekong Delta) and Mien Dong (buses to Vung Tau, Nha Trang, Dalat...) bus terminals.
