This 2 level cabin is the perfect getaway for a peaceful retreat! Located in Overgaard in the Mogollon cabin resort. You'll find a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, kitchen, 1 bdrm on the main floor, loft that functions as a 2nd bdrm & pull out couch. Also has smart TVs in every room, Starlink, & grill. The decks are the perfect place for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Whether you're looking for a romantic escape or a family trip, this cabin is the perfect place to relax & unwind. Pets welcome with only a flat $25 fee. Although surrounded by trees, this property is located in a resort area near other cabins and in close proximity to the highway. Some noise may be noticeable from the highway (although this doesn't bother most visitors!) visitors!) ***Weather advisory*** In winter months, guests are highly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Major winter storms can roll in unexpectedly and cause delays or road closures that may make it difficult or impossible to reach the cabin. Inside Cabin: 3 Smart TVs, gas fireplace, electric heaters, dining table, games, AC unit, ceiling fans Outdoor Space: 2 decks w/seating, Gas grill, picnic table, & free parking (no outside fires allowed) Kitchen: Fully equipped, cooking basics, spices, dish-ware & flatware, knife set, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker Other: washer/dryer on site, towels/linens FAQ: Stairs required for home access Parking: Designated space (2 vehicles) Doorbell camera located next to the front door facing out records video and sound. Camera is only active upon arrival and at departure. We respect our guests’ privacy and do not actively monitor during the duration of their stay. The camera should not be covered at any time.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and wanted something close to the venue, but needed our own space. Juniper Grove was the perfect location for our needs. We loved our stay, it was a perfect mix of hotel and Airbnb experience. It was clean and just as pictured. There are notes and labels throughout so that you are not left to figure out which switch is the light you are looking for or how the shower works. The kitchen was stocked with most of the pots and pans you’d need to cook, as you’re likely to want to do in this small town. There were robes with slippers and mints left on our bed, just really nice details that show a lot of thought and care go into their properties. We are not likely to be back in Heber-Overgaard, but if we ever find ourselves back, JK Vacays will be the first place we check. Thanks Jared & Kaydee for providing such a comfortable and well appointed property, it was just what we needed for our busy but very special weekend.

JK Vacays’s place was an absolute dream! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and coziness. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the sparkling clean bathroom to the well-stocked kitchen. We loved grilling on the BBQ and unwinding by the fireplace, creating memories that will last a lifetime. We can't wait to return!!
A wonderful, clean, and almost magical place to stay. My Fiancé and I did not want to leave! I highly recommend this slice of heaven to anyone who is looking to get away for a quiet weekend.

Cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood with other private cabins, just across the street from Bison Ranch and next to the Overgaard Air Park. Although surrounded by trees, some noise my be noticeable from the highway (although this doesn't bother most visitors). Cabin is surrounded by beautiful tall trees and natural forest flora. Deer and Elk sightings are common and playful squirrels can be observed from the comfort of the front porch! Easy access to the main highway and only minutes from several small local stores.
