Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Right next to UVU and close to BYU. Pool is down for maintenance and scheduled to open on Memorial Day. Hot tub is closed for maintenance at the moment. The complex doesn't send out any communication about opening/closing any amenities, so all amenities could be subject to closure without notice. We have a Ring doorbell camera on the front door and back patio. There are no cameras inside the property. We have a noise monitoring system.

The unit is comfortable but a little more attention needs to be made to the cleaning, hard floors were dirty and the unit didn’t smell fresh. Amenities are great if they’re open and access is communicated accurately.
