it has a really great view of the beach. the place is near cafes and restaurants and there are convenient stores near by. everything's there. loved the area, loved the room. the hosts are also very flexible with check-ins/outs. great experience for sure. thank you!

Overall, we had a great stay at this unit! Located at a peaceful area with all your needs at just a walking distance — restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, beach, etc. Pros: This unit is perfect for solo/couple travellers who's main goal is just to relax & have a get away. The star of this unit is THE COUCH — really comfy that you'll find yourself asleep after a few minutes! Cons: A couple of things can be improved on. - Unit does not offer basic toiletries. It would be a nice touch if the host can provide these just like most AirBnbs. - Beddings/blanket were too thin. It would have been nicer if the beddings & blanket were thicker. Or provide an extra blanket. Suggestions: - If possible, leave some snacks/refreshments for the guests, with a box where they can put their payment for the goodies. - Add in your listing/instructions that pool usage is free for 2 adults and kids 6 yrs old & below. Excess has a charge of Php 200/pax. Also, needs a reservation to use the pool.

BEAUTIFUL BEACH CLUB: Mactan Newtown Beach Club is now reserved for residents: free access with 4 adults, 2 kids. More guest are allowed, paying entrance fee. Beach club managed by savoy hotel, offering food, drinks, kayaks, windsurfing, snorkeling, jetski and more.
EXCELLENT LOCATION AND SERVICES: The Condominium is away from the noise and pollution of Cebu city, and well connected to Cebu city nearby. Only 15min away from the International airport. It is along the Peripheral highway. It has it’s own big transport terminal, with aircon busses. Chong Hua and other hospitals are just few minutes away. Many services available on ground floor of the building and around: Big Robinson supermarket, bank, pharmacy, McDonald, restaurants, coffee shops, food court, nightclub, school, coffee shops, 7/11, Do It Yourself Hardware store, Julie bakery and many more. Many air conditioned buses, taxis and jeepneys available 24 hours. Call centers and a “School of Excellence”.
