The two beautifully furnished bedrooms share a large, modern family bathroom. It has a large open-plan kitchen, dining room, family room and separate lounge. Comfortably furnished with Sky TV, heat pump, double glazing, HRV and unlimited WIFI. It opens onto a sunny private patio with large sliding doors from the family room and the lounge. Our spacious modern home is in a new subdivision in Te Awa. You can walk to Napier Boys High School, to the National Aquarium of N.Z. You also walk or bike along the amazing network of tracks along the beach front into town and beyond. Close to the Maraenui Golf Course.
