The property is new, so there can’t possibly be a complaints about this stunning property right on the beach. What made this property outstanding was that the host thought of every little thing. From the kitchen being completely stocked with everything you could possibly need, to the bathrooms stocked with about 5 sets of towels each bathroom, the laundry room stocked with detergent, bleach and dryer sheets and everything was labeled (light switches, tv remotes, cabinets, etc). They thought of everything. Lots of games, several bicycles, 2 large swings and even pickle ball court! This property rates higher than some luxury resorts I forgot to mention the beds are extremely comfortable.
Blown away!!! My family and I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and Joshua’s place sits amongst the very top of the list! Extremely beautiful property that is as pictured, if not even better in person. Joshua thought of just about everything with all of the personal touches and attention to details, commonly sought after in vacation properties! Very well thought out and meticulously kept property! The area was fantastic, the views and access to the beach were incredible and the amenities that Joshua provided were the cherry on top! We will definitely seek out and/or recommend Joshua’s property for future visits to the Gulf Coast. Thank you Joshua for being an amazing host!
We loved staying at this rental. There were so many thoughtful details throughout. The house was very clean, and the view was lovely. We loved the rock/music theme. Everyone enjoyed playing records and playing the guitar. My daughters loved the swings and pickleball court the most. The beach was right across the street. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Yes, the house is next to a road, but the cars passing didn’t interfere with our sleep. We would love to stay here again one day! Thank you!
We really enjoyed our stay. The stairs were a great workout!! Everything was clean. Restaurants were close. Bring your own keurig if you don't like the large one pot type. The view was breathtaking.
The beach in front of the house was amazing! The house is new and spotless. The owners were very responsive and great hosts.

Parking is available under the carport and in the driveway and can easily accommodate up to three vehicles. Please note that parking is not allowed on the shared driveway behind the other houses.
