Thank you so much for our 2nd time lovely stay Ma’am Grace. The place is very homey, cozy, clean and everything else that you needed was already provided (smells really nice too!) exactly as shown in the pictures but more at home hehe. Will surely be back again! 🤗

kung maarte kayo, dito na kayo. I was super impressed sa place. though medyo looban sya malapit pa din naman sa lahat. what i admired most was that napakadali kausap. i had an early meeting and ask if i could do early check-in, and since available un place pumayag si Grace. Thank u so much Grace for that. ang bango, ang linis, ang aesthetic. as wala ako maipintas na kasi all in na talaga yun place. very accommodating. pag bumalik ako ng clark dito ko ulit pipiliin magstay. sana lang available kasi gustuhin ko man magextend fully booked agad. understandable naman kasi SUPER!!!! ganda thanks again

from the first day i arrived, the placed felt like home.. injust hope they have better parking on villa A. but all in all i will still.come back next time

First of all, the host Ms. Grace is very responsive and accommodating. One of the best hosts I have encountered so far. Excellent communication she has there and always ready to help. Very much appreciated! Second, the place is just wow! So clean and a perfect homestay to relax! They have all the supplies and the villa was very secured. Lastly, location wise it was very convenient. There was a near 7/11 convenience store and Alfa Mart. Also very accessible to other restaurants and most importantly the Dau Bus Terminal. Most of the time we used Grab in going around Pampanga. Just search for Arko Villas and it’s there. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure this will be our homestay again if we come back in Pampanga. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
