Kindly exercise consideration regarding noise levels, as there are other tenants residing on the main and second floors. ⮞ Approx 950 sqft / 88 m² of space ⮞ Highspeed internet access ⮞ Private, south-facing balcony ⮞ Bright living space with a plush sleep sofa and smart TV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube ⮞ Master bedroom is complete with a Queen size bed ⮞ Second bedroom is complete with a Full size bed ⮞ Clean and sanitized bathroom with bathtub ⮞ Washer and dryer machines for guests to use ⮞ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels ⮞ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Great place and nice neighborhood
The place is lovely. I’d say it shaped our impression of Toronto. You live in a peaceful, quiet area very close to downtown, with the CN Tower visible right from the window. It’s a 15-minute drive to the city center and a 45-minute walk. The unit is nice; although not new, it’s still in good condition. It’s a spacious, bright space with a great kitchen equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine for brewing coffee. Ronda is a very responsive host, and it was a pleasure to stay there. I can definitely recommend the unit. Oh, and having gigabit internet on the spot is also a plus if you work remotely. The only thing is that the router is located in the master bedroom, so I’m not sure if that’s the ideal place for high-speed broadband. But again, that’s only a minor concern. I’ll reiterate - the location is the gem :)
We had a great month at this place, would definitely recommend, it’s spacious and has a nice kitchen. The host Ronda is very responsive and will sort out any problem you have immediately. We will definitely be staying here again.
