Die Übernachtung bei Max war meine erste Airbnb Erfahrung und sie war positiv. Max wirkte auf mich sympathisch, respektvoll, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr ordentlich und hat einen Wohlgeruch. Abends nach meiner Ankunft ist er mit mir noch zur Bushaltestelle gegangen, damit ich es in der Früh nicht so stressig habe. Er hatte auch eine Flasche Wasser und ein Glas im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Besonders beeindruckt hat es mich, dass er sein Zimmer für mich geräumt hat und im Wohnzimmer auf der Coach geschlafen hat. Gefallen hat mir auch der kleine Balkon für das Frühstück. Wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, übernachte ich gerne nochmals bei Max.

Max is a wonderful host, super friendly, kind and supportive, always available and willing to help. He gives clear directions to the apartment and offers advice on getting around the city. The apartment itself is located in a peaceful area, easily accessible, and provides a comfortable stay. Considering the high prices in Vienna, especially during this season, Max's place is an affordable option for short visits. Definitely a highly recommended choice for travelers.

Overall everything was good. I can't say I was delighted, but it was good. Max met me personally, gave me the key, showed me how to get to the center, etc... What I didn’t like was the owner’s remark about my arrival. I warned him in advance that I would arrive at 15:00, but I told him as soon as I was at the station in Vienna, I would write to him. The owner expressed his displeasure that I was 2 hours late. Firstly, I paid a lot of money for accommodation, and secondly, I am a guest and the fact that I arrived a little later due to reasons beyond my control, namely the train from Cologne to Vienna was an hour late, plus getting to the apartment also took about an hour, since it was my first time in Vienna. I believe that the owner’s behavior in this case should have been to approach the situation with understanding, and not to open the door with a dissatisfied face and give me the key and go to another room. I didn’t like this attitude, it was disrespectful.
