Although the house feels a bit old, and some areas are not as clean as ideal, overall, it is considered decent. The accommodation is located on the mountain, about 20-30 minutes away from the city center. If price is taken into consideration, this is a good choice.

Place itself was clean. Checkin day was brief with a key handover and a meter check to commence the tenant’s liability for electricity usage. Security isn’t so sound. Main door lock is almost off the hinge and can easily be broken with a strong yank. On 1 morning, had 2 stray dogs come through the side of the villa, which is unsecured, and take a dip in the pool. I had a baby and a young child in the living room at that time and thankfully the sliding door between the pool and the house was shut, although not locked. Villa is tucked 2km off the main road in a predominantly residential area so personally found it inconvenient to move around. Some of the household fixtures require maintenance. Example, the bathroom standing sinks need securing. An agreement to service the villa and a request for additional towels midweek was missed and required follow-up. Be mindful that the electricity usage can mount up to a substantial amount. Someone else might appreciate the peace.

Nous étions très déçu de la villa par rapport au prix que nous avons payé. Nous avons accueilli avec nous des fourmis pour lesquelles nous n’avons pas pu nous débarrasser de tout notre séjour. L’hôte a essayer de s’en débarrasser avec des répulsifs mais ils étaient toujours présent.

great location and good host for a group of 7-8 people. the stay was very comfortable and would definately visit again.
