Cypress Point was just as described in the listing and the photos were accurate. It was the perfect location to house a large gathering. The home is brand new, and the finishings are beautiful. It was not overly fussy or over accessorized. The large dining room table was perfect and the living room had plenty of seating. There is an additional second floor game room with more area to lounge about. The view is amazing. The boat house and dock are extremely well built and perfect for pulling the boat up, swimming, or just enjoying the view. It is off the beaten path but the directions were clear and easy to follow to the property. It was a higher price point than other rentals in the area, but it was definitely the nicest, newest and roomiest.

What an INCREDIBLE home!! The house was beautiful and had everything you could need and imagine. It is perfect for a family/friend getaway. The rooms were lovely and beds were extremely comfortable with quality linens. The views and layout of the home were amazing. This place is 1 of 1 in Milam, TX and I could not recommend it more!! It was peaceful, safe, and had everything you needed. Janice was super nice and helpful. Everything was organized and she responded in a very timely matter if we had any questions. I am still dreaming about this home and cannot wait for the next trip back!!
