Zero is a wonderful host, making sure that everything is OK, from booking to check-in to checkout, all instructions were given clearly. The staff was also courteous when dealing with guests. The place is located near Sugamo Station and connects conveniently to the places of interest. There are many shops along the shopping street just below the accomodation. The room is clean, basic yet comfortable, good enough. Thank you, Zero.

Nice place in a relatively quiet (for Tokyo) neighborhood. No noise issues and the bed was comfortable. A small nit is that it was non-obvious as a foreigner that a person would need to take my information in person and there was about an hour between when I arrived and when that person showed up. This delayed my bedtime relative to my "it feels 8 hours later" desired bedtime, but was not particularly late local time (well before 22:00).

the room was small but super crean, the bathroom, kitchen and everything in general was super cute and clean. the bed wad confortable, air conditioning was working as expected and super fast. refrigerator and other amenities fully functional

Quiet area but on a street with many shops/restaurants - gets busy on the weekends but always quiet at night. The room was incredibly clean and bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom area was always very clean and well kept. Would recommend to solo travelers! :) i am a solo female traveler and felt very safe and comfortable here! Thanks Zero!
