Brand new apartment with modern and high quality interior. Incredible sea and city view, high floor(9th), 2 terraces, 2 bedrooms, laundry room and kitchen/living room. The building is recently built with reception desk and garages. Very close to city center (about 5min by car) and pedestrian distance(10-15min) from Marine garden. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with 2 separate beds which in case of need could be converted to queen size. The master bedroom has automated darkening shades with remote control. In the corridor on the left side first is the laundry room, then the bathroom and then comes the living room and the kitchen. Kitchen has everything needed- top brands appliances (Bosch oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, high quality Gorenje electric stove). Dining table fits 4 people. The couch is big enough and with duck feathers filling. Tv has a moving stand so it could be seen from each corner in the room. There is a terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy your coffee in the mornings.

Stayed there with my boyfriend for 5 nights. It felt like home, clean, super smart choices in terms of how Diyana has used the space, also great view. She was very helpful and responsive and I can highly recommend to anyone. The place was 10/10 would visit again.
We had an excellent family holiday in Diyana's flat 😊 It is luxurious, functional, perfectly clean and equipped with a magnificent view of the sea and the city. The flat is located near the sea garden in a secure building with easy access and parking. Diyana is a welcoming, kind, available and responsive host. “Love at first sight” - that’s how I would describe this apartment! Beautiful, cozy and incredibly clean apartment with a gorgeous view of the sea and the city. This apartment has absolutely everything to feel like home and even more. There are shops and restaurants nearby, as well as public transport stops, so getting to the city center is easy and quick. Diyana is very friendly and communicative host; if you have any questions, she helped very quickly. It was very sad to leave, but we will definitely stay in this apartment the next time we come to Varna!

Оборудван с всичко необходимо за да се чувствате като у дома си - посуда в кухнята, климатик и телевизор във всяка стая, удобни легла и възглавници. Има и пералня с вградена сушилня, която неочаквано се наложи да използваме. Локацията относително нещо, според кой какво търси. Не е в центъра, но е близо до морската градина и с бърз изход посока курортите на север, когато сте с кола, за която има и парко място. Сградата е с денонощна охрана. Комуникацията с Дияна и настаняването бяха повече от лесни. Великолепна гледка към града и морето.

The neighbourhood is one of the most preferred in Varna because it is very close to the Marine garden, city center and the beach. In 3-5min by car you have few restaurants (Horizont, La veranda, Marche, La pastaria), Pikadili park which is a small shopping centre is 3min away by car. The surrounding buildings are very modern and new and on the back of the building you have a great park.
The place is very easy to find since it has a recognisable architecture with landscaping on each balcony. We offer our guests a free parking place in the garage on the same level as reception.
