Alexa was a great host, quickly responsive to any questions. The rental was very clean and good for the two of us. The location was great for us and our first time Rose Parade experience. Easy driving access for our sightseeing adventures and within walking distance to our Rose Parade grandstand seats. I’d recommend this for any couple or single visiting the area.

We were impressed with the space and all the amenities provided: a kitchen fully equipped with brand new supplies as well as plenty of coffee and snacks; extra toiletries in the bathroom; and clean open spaces that were perfect for our family plus a dog during the stay. Location is conveniently close to local coffee shops. We walked one morning to Dash Coffee Bar, and other areas like Arcadia and Old Town were just a short drive away. Before our trip, Alexa even reached out to see if we would want to have a Christmas tree set up for the holidays, which was so thoughtful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again in the future!

All Alexa’s instructions for the reservation were very clear and made everything very easy on me. The place was very well cleaned and stocked with amenities. Would definitely look for more of Alexa’s listings in future trips.

Honestly amazing stay! Alexa’s place is perfect for a little get away. Perfect for a couple looking for a small relaxed place, It’s super clean. She is very responsive, would definitely recommend!
