This room is perfect for a long term stay. You will have access to the room from a walk out basement door. You will have privacy in the entire basement, including your own bathroom. You will also have access to the any part of the house deemed necessary for you stay, especially for long term tenants. I can provide a bed and tv or if you prefer to bring your own. Wifi, washer dryer, full kitchen access. I have dogs so must be ok with furry friends.
