Fiona is a great host. She replied very fast and make sure everything is smooth. There was a problem when we first checked in - the carpet is still dirty and dusty however upon request, Fiona sent another cleaner to clean the room again. Location is very great, easy access to tram and Melbourne central. Walkable distance to city center. Check in and check out is very smooth. All amenities were provided. Great host and great place. Only there were only 3 lifts operating out of 4. We did get stuck once on one of the lift. Luckily we managed to get out. Overall good stay. Thanks!

Great place. Amazing view. Terrific location - close to trains and trams, restaurants and pretty much everything.

Central location and walking distance to tram stops, it was difficult to use Uber due to lack of on street parking/stops. Elevators can take a long time to navigate (floors 8-69 made up of residents and hotel guests), 1 of 4 was down our entire stay, so when there was issues with another 1 stuck on a floor wait times blew out and impacted our dinner plans . Woolworths metro and BWS close by, Pool area was fantastic and the view from the room was incredible. Overall the positives outweighed the negatives.
