The loft can only be reserved and occupied by people over 30 years of age, OR by families with minors - max 8 people. The loft opens with a code (no keys provided for short stays) The Loft has: Master bedroom with king size bed and european mattress to make your rest incredible. It has a 4K, 55" Smart TV. Secondary bedroom with queen bed, ergonomic memory foam mattress for comfort. Secondary bedroom with queen size bunk beds, memory foam mattresses and has a 55" 4K Smart TV. 3 full bathrooms. Living room with modern transitional style with 4K, 65" smart TV. 100% equipped kitchen (refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, stove with 6 burners, conventional oven, blender, microwave, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses. Laundry room and patio for your pets. 2 free parking spaces. We also have remote assistance from 7am to 10pm 7 days a week. PETS: *Flat fee: $600 pesos + $150 pesos per dog / per night NOTE: Pets are not allowed on couches or beds. If detected, an additional deep cleaning fee will be charged ($2000 pesos). The collection of the nightly charge per dog will be made once the reservation is finalized. Only small breed dogs are allowed (up to 5Kg). Daily housekeeping is NOT included.
