There were some challenges upon checking in, but the owners were very responsive and took care of everything. Evolve was very quick to refund part of our money because of the hassles.

Super comfortable home and responsive owners. The only issue is that the beds are hard, and when booking, I selected the entire house. When arriving, I saw that someone was renting the unit above and that the shop is also frequently used. It's an old house, so you have to be extra bc you can hear the tenant above and vice-versa. It needs to be clear that you are only getting a section of the home, NOT the entire home. Also, you have to be extra bc your neighbors.

My family and I had a relaxing stay. Everything was as described and the pictures showed the house perfectly. It was a great place for us.

This place was horrible. We arrived at night, the tenant came down to greet us because, we weren't sure if we were in the right place. There was no porch light. Nice man, very little english. Get up the next morning to the sound of him going to the bathroom. Go out to make breakfast and the counters are covered in ants. I start cleaning them up while i message the host. I get no reply till the day we left. The counters we discusting. Food on the table cloth. Hair in the sheets and in the shower. No directions for a confusing shower plumming situation. Then as if that's not enough, they had construction crews there from 8-6 Saturday building in the driveway. I have pictures to prove it. We couldn't find a hotel with a room or we would have left. To make it right they refunded half the cleaning fee. Horrible!
