Just 400 metres from the southern end of the glorious beach at Westward Ho!, this light-filled apartment makes a fabulous retreat for larger families and groups of friends seeking a spacious holiday getaway. Perfect for exploring a tranquil corner of the breathtaking coast of North Devon, the reverse-level property occupies the two upper floors of an elegant building and offers wonderful far-reaching views out to sea. Featuring two glass-fronted balconies, this delightful property has been decorated in fresh, neutral tones with elegant furnishings throughout, and makes a great base for beach lovers, nature spotters, water sports enthusiasts, golfers and cyclists exploring the region’s popular seaside resorts. Stepping into the property, kick off your shoes in the ground-floor entrance hall before heading up to the first floor which features a cosy lounge with a Smart TV and sliding glass doors opening out onto a furnished balcony. This floor also features four stylishly decorated bedrooms: a charming bunk bedroom and three lovely king-size rooms, one with French doors opening onto the balcony, and one with an en-suite shower room, Smart TV and Juliet balcony. A final flight of stairs leads up to the second floor and the bright, spacious open-plan lounge/diner. Featuring a Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating, the lounge is a perfect space to unwind and watch a movie or take in the beautiful views over Appledore. To the centre of the room, the inviting dining area is perfect for enjoying celebratory meals together, with sliding doors leading through to a stylishly arranged and fully equipped kitchen. This floor also features a bunk bedroom and a cheerful snug which features an additional swing-down double bed hidden in the wall. Both this room and the main lounge open onto the second balcony, again with plenty of furniture so you can sit back and admire the views. The property also has a refreshing family bathroom. Stepping outside, the enclosed courtyard garden has plenty of outdoor furniture and makes a lovely spot to sit out and sunbathe in peace on a sunny summer’s day.
