Certain Events are allowed with approval from Host prior to your confirmed booking (deposit required). ▪️NO third party bookings or unauthorized guest without prior host approval ▪️NO smoking inside of home or garage. There is a designated smoking area located on the back porch. NO smoking on the Turf or underneath the pergola. Additional Info: The entire home accommodates up to 17 people for overnight stays. No more than 17 people are allowed on the property at once at any given time (kids and toddlers included) unless permission has been granted by host (send inquiry! Worse case we say no). Every guest over 11 requires a one time charge of $50 for each person not to exceed a total of $300. A refundable damage deposit may or may not be required if the reservation exceeds 11 people. If one is required, the damage deposit will be returned within 3 business days after your departure as long as no damage was caused to the property. If you think our home may be perfect for an event that would be more than 17 people at the home, we will approve on a case by case basis with certain stipulations in place.
