Hello, thank you for checking our profile. We work in the field of import/distribution here in Houston and spend half of our time traveling across different countries meeting suppliers. We can claim that we have spent almost half of the time in the last 4 years staying in different Airbnb apartments. We love Airbnb so much we decided to rebuild a small apartment complex Right in a hip area (EADO) of Downtown Houston to become a full Airbnb rental building. This may sound easy as seen on TV but no! It has taken 3 years of suffering, disappearing contractors, triple the original budget and the list goes on. The great thing is that my wife has been patient and stayed with me throughout the entire process. =) Our building and maintenance team have asked me what I value the most when I arrive and stay long term in an Airbnb rental. For me, property safety with no hazards, screening of the other tenants inside the apartment complex, pristine clean smelling and washed towels, sparkly clean bathrooms without someone else's hair, kitchen with essential items, well-maintained HVAC, no bugs, central location ..... I would not be able to sleep if you are staying with us and you are not comfortable.
