The perfect place for when you want your own space and facilities to cook and hang out without feeling cooped up in a small hotel room. Don’t be fooled by the SHED exterior! Step inside to a fresh, minimalist style interior, finished with hotel quality linen and a well equipped kitchen. Cook up a storm and chill out in the outdoor area.

Spacious, quiet and homey. We immediately settled in to enjoy a sunset glass of wine. Local restaurants are a do-able drive, but we opted for a bbq and eat in. Plenty of crockery, glasses, and kitchen equipement. Warm rooms, including the bathroom, and comfortable bed
One of the best places I have stayed, a truely great space to rest up and the kids loved the under floor heating in the bathroom.

A clean, well thought out, very well appointed space. Open plan. No clutter. We needed a restful, uncluttered and comfortable space for our 95yo father as a home base while he visited the surrounding area where he grew up. This accommoation was exactly what we needed.
What a fabulous place!! We loved the location - close to Forbes but lovely and quiet. Photos do not do it justice. Thanks Kate for a wonderful stay!!

Set on 5 acres we don’t have close neighbours- we are surrounded by farm land.
Forbes has a great Taxi service (no Uber here). It costs around $20-25 to get to the CBD from the accommodation. Plenty of space to park vehicles here and it is the preferred method of travel around Forbes. If you are keen for bike ride - it is a nice ride into town and fairly flat most of the way.
